Sales Manager - Glendale - BESS Manufacturer

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our new office in Germany. Our company is a leading manufacturer of BESS solutions for residential and commercial markets worldwide. With over 550 employees and a strong focus on R&D, we are expanding into the German market and opening a new office in Glendale.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and eventually moving into a management position. We offer a competitive base salary, commission-based bonuses, a company car, clear career progression, insurance, pension, and travel compensation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Battery Storage market in Germany
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Fluent in German and English
Strong technical knowledge of Energy Storage Systems
Network within residential and commercial markets in Germany
Leadership experience is a plus

As one of the first hires for our new office, you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy and securing new customers. You will also have the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team.
