    Variable; Evenings required at times
    Typically works 4x10 or 4x12 schedules (i.e., 8am-8pm)


    Duties:

    • Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
    • Maintain pharmacy compliance with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
    • Oversee the entire operation of the pharmacy department to achieve financial goals, including budget management, payroll, thirdparty administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
    • Participate in business development activities within the store and community.
    • Manage pharmacy support personnel, including job performance and reviews.
    • Provide guidance and training to pharmacy associates, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
    • Ensure completion of all required training by pharmacy associates.
    • Participate in patientcentered services, including immunization, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and wellness programs.
    • Counsel patients and medical providers on drug usage, dosage, interactions, side effects, and monitor patient health and progress.
    • Maintain and participate in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety.
    • Utilize professional judgment to provide exemplary service within the pharmacist's scope of practice.
    • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and department facilities according to legal and company standards.
    • Complete continuing education programs as required by state law.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • NY License
    • Immunization Certification (Required)
    • Comfortable giving all vaccines (Required)
