Description

• Perform light electrical repairs on such items as appliances, fixtures, outlets, circuits, etc.
• Perform light plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.
• Replace broken glass, tile, vinyl, minor carpet repairs, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, draperies, and locks.
• Touch-up painting and full paint of interiors of apartments.
• Painting of apartment decks and patios and other exterior apartment or common areas when necessary.
• Perform carpentry work such as fitting doors, freeing windows, replacing door jambs, building shelves, sanding and refinishing floors, making window screens, re-screening, installation of cabinets or replacement/repair of doors/drawers, re-skinning doors and cabinets, replacing kitchen counters, repairing fences and utility cabinets, repairing decks and rails.
• Assist in custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, emptying trash, cleaning windows, and cleaning apartments.
• Assist in groundwork when necessary; i.e. pick up trash, pull weeds, when walking through community.
• Repair concrete, masonry, roof, fencing, when required.
• Perform light pest control services when required.
