What we expect from a candidate:

At least 5 years of experience in the UI/UX design industry
A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions for various platforms
Knowledge of creating complex user interfaces
Experience with Figma
Understanding of processes for web and mobile development
Attention to detail from conception to implementation
Experience in the fintech/crypto/banking industry
Knowledge of the latest trends in web design and experience in creating adaptive and mobile versions of websites and dashboards
At least 3 years of experience in the mobile design industry, including developing user interfaces and interactions for iOS and Android platforms
Creative and visual thinking, able to generate new ideas and convey values and concepts through original design
Ability to switch between tasks of different sizes
Ability to research and improve user experiences
C1 level German language skills

Tasks and key responsibilities:

Identifying and implementing innovative solutions, product strategies, visual design, and experiences
Developing original ideas that explain complex solutions in a simple and userfriendly way
Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, technical processes, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Conducting user research and evaluating feedback for iterative improvement of design decisions
Providing pixelperfect user interface designs for web and mobile applications based on best UX practices
