About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • You will work collaboratively as a member of client delivery teams for contracts addressing health IT, health data standards, care planning, or similar.
  • You will act with urgency and organization to meet or exceed contract requirements and client expectations.
  • You will support project management activities, including project planning, coordination, and issue/risk management.
  • You will provide administrative support on projects including scheduling, taking meeting notes, and managing knowledge products and documents.
  • You will conduct research and analysis to inform client deliverables.
  • You will travel for client meetings or conferences as needed.
  • You will support client project operations activities at the direction of the project lead, including budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and reporting.
  • You will draft, edit, and publish social media posts, blog articles, press releases, and website content.
  • You will support case study development to advance the firm's thought leadership efforts.
  • You will develop professional working relationships internally and externally.
  • You will stay informed about relevant trends and policy developments.
  • You will contribute to other special projects or firmwide initiatives as directed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, required.
  • A minimum of one year's work experience in a professional services context.
  • Experience creating digital and social media content for a business audience.
  • Proficient in prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Working familiarity in other cloudbased collaboration tools (Google Drive).
  • Ability to get smart on new topics and concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience with healthcare IT and health data standards, a plus.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • A quiet and stable environment to make and receive calls and other communications.
  • Ability to travel by car, train, or plane; anticipated less than 10% of the year.

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
