- Track 2:Territory Based Financial Advisor , Various locations in PA –– The FADP candidate will become a Kades-Margolis Financial Advisor. A geographic territory will be assigned to the Financial Advisor, and a block of existing client accounts will be transitioned to the Financial Advisor. The Financial Advisor will provide account servicing, consultation, and financial planning services to these transitioned clients. The Financial Advisor will also be responsible for new client acquisition through coordinated marketing efforts within the assigned geographic territory.

Our Partner Firm, Kades-Margolis Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Retirement & Benefits Partners, Inc., Corporate Headquarters at Wayne, Pennsylvania, is looking for individuals to join the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) a program designed to provide the proper foundation and tools for individuals who are eager to step into a financial career with great growth potential.
OPPORTUNITY AT KADES-MARGOLIS:
The Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) is designed to provide a career track for individuals to receive the training, support, and tools necessary to embark on a successful career in financial services. The three-year development program consists of three phases:
Phase 1 (Months 1 through 12):Client Service Representative – FADP candidates will become acclimated to the industry, to our organization, process, client base, and the Kades-Margolis unique value proposition, providing phone-based client service support to our Financial Advisors and their clients relative to their Kades-Margolis investment accounts. During this period, Kades-Margolis will provide sponsorship for state insurance and FINRA registered representative securities licensing.
Phase 2 (Months 13 through 36):Corporate Home Office-Based Financial Advisor – Upon successful completion of state insurance and FINRA registered representative securities licensing, in addition to their client service support responsibilities, the FADP candidate will perform certain proactive financial advisory functions to Kades-Margolis clients with the objective of maintaining client satisfaction, account retention, and providing additional solutions as needs are uncovered.
