Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Solar Sales individuals looking to come onboard and help us grow from the ground up Can you create you're own system? Culture? Foundation? If so get connected with us today, and lets start expanding

Responsibilities:

Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to educate potential customers about our energy products and services
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company objectives
Stay uptodate on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Utilize technical knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our energy products
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy or solar industry
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in doortodoor or outside sales is highly desirable
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
