• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall objectives and business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand image and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and communications.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a highperforming marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Set clear goals, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance.
• Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within the field of marketing is essential. While experience in a Fintech company is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Understanding of financial services and the fintech landscape.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
