    Description

    Production Project Manager
    The Production Project Manager will work with Customers, Graphic Designers and Ad Copy Writers to organize, plan and execute the production and delivery of high quality print advertisements from planning through completion.

    About the Role
    In this opportunity as Production Project Manager, you will:

    • Plan and manage individual ad projects with customers
    • Maintain accurate production schedules and project deliverables
    • Track all aspects of project progress including but not limited to: production schedules, editorial inputs, proof tracking & approvals, and final delivery
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve ad project timelines
    • Prioritize workload to meet production department deadlines
    • Enter production notes in Atticus, Wrike and other systems as necessary
    • Keep production team informed of all problems related to the ads and/or profiles in a timely manner
    • Other duties as assigned

    About You
    You're a fit for the role of Production Project Manager if your background includes:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-5 years project/production management experience
    • 2-3 years ad trafficking experience
    • Solid knowledge of graphics terms
    • Strong ability to multitask and produce results in a fast-paced environment
    • Diplomatic problem-solving skills to handle difficult clients
    • Able to manage workload to meet deadlines
    • Ability to plan and implement multiple projects simultaneously
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
    • Ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

    Compensation: $67,000 Annual Salary + 5% AIP

    Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $57,400 - $106,600. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
