POSITION OVERVIEW


In your role as the Content Creator, you'll play a crucial part in shaping, designing, and assembling educational materials for both our team members and management.

Your understanding of the industry, paired with your creativity, will serve as the cornerstone for delivering essential learning resources to our SUGARED + BRONZED employee's.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching, creating, and developing educational content tailored specifically for the SUGARED + BRONZED brand.
  • Crafting engaging and creative learning experiences, spanning video tutorials, written guides, workshops, and resource collections.
  • Conducting assessments of educational materials to ensure utmost accuracy, quality, and alignment within company benchmarks.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to effectively promote and disseminate educational content.
  • Continuously evaluating and enhancing the efficacy of educational programs through diligent feedback analysis and insights.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Contract to Full time / 12 days a week in office
  • Experience building online and inperson courses for adult learners from the ground up.
  • Experience writing video scripts and video production.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge with content creation/design softwares and Learning Management Systems, such as Rise, Guru and Canva.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Located in Southern California (LA area) or Philadelphia
