    NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY LOOKING FOR TRANSPORTERS

    Seeking dependable individuals to work in our non-emergency transportation department and be responsible for transporting patients to their destinations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a valid Arizona State driver's license. The position requires lifting and transferring of weight with patients, so the applicant must be strong and able to handle physical conditions. Must be able to drive for a long period of time. Must be comfortable working with patients, the disabled, and the elderly from diverse backgrounds. Must have good customer service skills and the ability to interact with patients, facility staff, and other employees.

    Our company is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Ability to work varied days and shifts, including day, swing, and graveyard REQUIRED. Duties included but were not limited to:
    • Assist with transferring patients from home to facility, facility to facility, or facility to home.
    • Capable of understanding directions and ability to read and use map software accurately.
    • Perform all related duties as assigned, including transporting patients in a safe and professional manner.
    • Communicates with dispatch to receive relevant data and instructions.
    • Have and maintain professional behavior and attitude towards customers, visitors, and coworkers.
    • Completion of vehicle maintenance inspection prior to daily vehicle usage for safe and comfortable patient transport.
    • Able to work independently and in a crew.
    • Ability to always follow safety protocols.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must have one (1) year of previous patient transporter experience
    • Must have CPR certification or be able to obtain it prior to the start date.
    • Must pass drug & background checks.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 75+ pounds.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 1+ year experience in non-emergency transport.
    • 2+ years of customer service experience.

    Compensation:
    • $15 to $20 Hourly
