Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
- Repairing and treating structures such as a showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exterior
- Make ready units for new move-ins
- Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance
- Having a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs
Complete grounds work such as:
pick up trash, sweeping and landscaping
- Coordinate special projects as directed
Job requirements:
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hours
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Maintenance: 2 (preferred)
- Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:

Pay:
$ $22.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
