Description
Insight Global is looking for a Principal Engineer to join the Environmental team at a local municipality. The ideal candidate will work directly under the Director and supervise the Senior Engineering Team. They will review and approve engineering plans for residential and commercial developments.The Senior Engineer will ensure compliance with standards for erosion control, drainage, the Virginia Stormwater Management Program, the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, the Floodplain Management Ordinance and other state and local requirements.
Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries from the public pertaining to environmental engineering issues.

Required Skills & Experience
