We are looking for a
Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Our Human Resources team, as part of the main and personnel administration, supports around 600 employees and assists the management of our district office with their personnel management tasks.

In addition to core tasks such as recruiting new professionals and administrative staff, processing salary and benefits payments, and handling changes in employment relationships, we also support our employees in their professional and personal development.

We provide intensive training and support around 50 trainees, trainees, and dual students.

As part of our strategic personnel development, we promote the continuous and sustainable development of our managers and employees through targeted measures, training, and offers.
