    Position:
    Account Manager - Electrical ServiceReports to: Director of Enterprise ServicesLocation: Columbus, OH

    Salary Range:
    $100,000 - $130,000The Superior Group is looking for an Account Manager
    • Electrical Service to help drive our electrical service projects forward for multiple customer accounts.
    The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer requests, scheduling resources, and ensuring the overall success of the customer's project. The Account Manager is also responsible for establishing new customers and growing their own book of business. This role is based at our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and will frequently travel across Central Ohio. This role will be a member of TSG's Enterprise Service Group.
    Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customers to understand their needs and manage their electrical service requestsEnsure that service projects are built on schedule and within budgetProactively identify and land new customer accountsClosely collaborate with the Foreman and/or Superintendent to drive the project from kickoff to completionManage multiple service projects and customer accounts simultaneouslyManage service schedules, billings, and invoicingAccurately estimate time and material changes and provide timely quotes to customersCollaborate with various subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services and materialsCollaborate with the customer to negotiate and resolve issues related to service requestsMaintain a high degree of safety on each and every service projectYour Character TraitsYou demonstrate a customer-first attitude each and every dayYou're organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detailYou're a clear communicator and enjoy developing relationships with new peopleYou enjoy selling (in this case, selling our various service and maintenance offerings at TSG)

    You're creative and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to get the job doneYour Expertise5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installationExtensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, contracts, and associated costsBonus Points:
