Responsibilities:
Major Job Activities:
- Support the development of network management and implementaticin; message standards; operational procedures; and system interface definition and control throughout the development and integration of autonomy with the CCA program and a focus on mission planning.
- Support the development of autonomy concept of employment in a mission planning environment; determination of information exchange requirements supporting missions and tasks; and the identification of messages and data elements necessary for effective and interoperable force employment.
- Perform analyses of operational doctrine, and develop technology concepts and connectivity techniques to enhance operational capabilities.
- Support the design and development of system performance evaluation tools.
- Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation.
- Coordinate and support efforts of multiple stakeholders across different services for aligned solutions.
- Occasional (1030%) travel is required for this position.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Required Experience / Skills:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in software development efforts. Experience in SAP programs is a plus.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
- Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.
