- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the education team to support the student's educational goals.
- Monitor and track student progress, make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans, and document all services provided.
- Valid Virginia state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in occupational therapy.
