Successful Internal Wholesalers are expected to accomplish the following:
- Five quality phone conversations daily
- Quality is defined as any conversation advancing the sales process that allows the internal to probe, educate, position, and/or present EQH as the company to sell.
- A full understanding of 510 sales ideas/concepts and the ability to pivot and present any of them to a customer instantly
- Provide exceptional customer service with the mindset of going above and beyond for every client interaction
- Participate and actively engage in all sales desk campaigns and targeted marketing efforts
- Two hour turnaround time on all illustration requests
- A unique and customized writeup included with every illustration request response that highlights EQH strengths and differentiators
- Over three hours of total talk time daily
- Clear and defined expectations/plan surrounding partnership with external counterpart in your territory
- Achieve over 100% of annual territory sales goal

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Over two years of work experience in Financial Service Industry or related sales/customer service role
- Life & Health, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses will all be required within the first 180 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills
- Can present technical topics, present new sales ideas and conduct finals presentations
- Experience in the financial or investment management industry is preferred but not required
Skills
Effective Presentations:
Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques; ability to present information to groups with the appropriate degree of formality.
Knowledge of Product Line:
Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
Managing Multiple Priorities:
Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
