Are you looking for a leadership position in a high-end restaurant where you will not only be challenged, but also supported? At our two Michelin-starred and 17-point Gault & Millau awarded restaurant "Ammolite - The Lighthouse Restaurant", we are looking for a Deputy Restaurant Manager (m|w|d) to join our team starting in January 2024.

Your responsibilities

You will support our restaurant management in all areas
You will coordinate and manage all service processes within our fine dining restaurant
The satisfaction and well-being of our guests is your top priority. You will welcome and seat our guests and make wine and menu recommendations during service
Together with your team, you will work on implementing challenging ideas and guidelines
You will also be responsible for training and guiding new employees

Your profile

You have completed a professional training in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry. In addition, you have a (junior) sommelier training
Ideally, you have excellent references in the service of upscale gastronomy
You have extensive expertise and knowledge of products and have high quality standards for goods and their preparation
You have (first) leadership experience
