Job Description:
- Responsible for providing optimal guest service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk
- Organizing and coordinating service offerings for our employees (e.g. fleet management, health management/safety, travel management)
- Ordering consumables and office supplies
- Responsible for coordinating with external service providers for facility management and monitoring and reviewing completed service contracts
- Contributing own ideas and participating in projects
Job Requirements:
- Ongoing studies in business administration or a related field
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Precise and reliable work ethic
