Your tasks:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Operational Center Land Clerk (m/f/d) for our Jonesville, SC office.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring customerspecific processing procedures (national and international)
  • Compliance with customs regulations and guidelines
  • Handling of complaints
  • Telephone support for external customers and the office
  • Reporting and reporting
  • Tracking shipments and resolving process deviations
  • Ensuring internal processes and quality requirements

Requirements:


Our requirements:


  • Successful completion of training in the field of freight forwarding / logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Proficient in common computer systems, especially MS Office
  • Customerfriendly, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and teamwork
  • Assertiveness and quick comprehension
