Description

To strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for a Junior Consultant (m/f/d) for the open-source helpdesk OTOBO at our Middletown location. The position is available immediately.

Location: At our office in Middletown, on-site with clients, and/or remote from home. Previously, a maximum of 3 days per week on-site with clients. Currently, mostly remote.

Our fork based on the ((OTRS)) Community Edition has been a huge success. Therefore, we are looking for additional support to provide our clients with excellent service, advance the open-source project, and rebuild a strong community. Are you ready to join us?

Your tasks

In close collaboration with our senior consultants, you will assist clients with the installation and configuration of their OTOBO systems.
In training sessions, you will familiarize clients with the basic functionality of the ticket system, best practices, and tips for use.
You will ensure that our documentation is practical and easy to understand.
Depending on your interests, you may also support the marketing team by creating product videos, writing blog posts, and managing social media channels.

Your profile

You are passionate about open-source, have completed an IT degree or a comparable education, and ideally have some practical experience in consulting. Career
