Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist patients with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques.
Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary, following dietary guidelines and restrictions.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records.

Experience:

Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Experience in cooking and meal preparation is a plus.
Familiarity with hospice care and assisted living environments is beneficial.
Knowledge of catheter care, tube feeding, and other specialized medical procedures is desirable.
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics.

Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care.
Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient information.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
