Accountant
The Payroll Specialists responsibilities include but are not limited to, managing the Company business in Foundation Accounting Software and QuickBooks (depending upon the business entity) to include billing, collections, paying expenses, and publishing monthly financials.
Other job duties include:
- Payroll
- A/P
- Documents transactions
- Recommends measures by analyzing accounting options
- Maintains accurate summaries of financial status through reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, committed cost summaries, etc.
- Performs regular audits of documents
- Maintains accounting controls and reviews/recommends additional policies and procedures
- Performs reconciliations
- Prepares payments
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
The summarized qualifications for this role are:
- You MUST have an Accounting experience
- Must be eager and ready and willing to work and contribute to the team
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- MUST be proficient in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be detailoriented with superior followup skills
- Capable of meeting deadlines and operating with confidentiality
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment and be highly flexible

Education:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration

- Accounting: 4 years (required)
