Position Highlights:

Position: Contracts Coordinator
Location: Evanston, IL
Full Time
Hours: Standard Business Hours, Mon-Fri

What you will do:

Be responsible for study intake for all new research agreements and amendments, including entering agreements into contracting system and making sure institution name, address, and payment details are correct
File closeout once an agreement has been fully executed
Review of some research agreements, including NDAs/CDAs and CTA amendments
Communicate status of review and negotiations to study teams and administration
Track and report around relevant metrics, including turnaround time

What you will need:

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
Experience: 2 years in a legal office/department or research role
