Semper Paratus MSH GmbH Property Management Object Manager*in Dresden The Semper Paratus team relies on experience from managing over 3,000 newly built or renovated residential and commercial units.

Object management for condominium and rental properties is carried out with state-of-the-art software at the company headquarters. To complement our team, we are looking for a full-time Object Manager*in. Job Description Technical responsibility for multiple residential and commercial properties; coordination of external service providers (e.g. facility managers); property inspections with technical evaluation and reporting - professional assessment of building damage; budgeting, tendering, awarding, monitoring, acceptance and settlement of maintenance and repair measures; coordination of tenant fit-outs and major renovation/maintenance measures; warranty tracking; monitoring of necessary inspections and maintenance work related to technical systems/components; acceptance and handover of rental units; communication and coordination with tenants, owners, authorities, utilities, and external parties on technical matters; processing of damage reports, issuing work orders, and monitoring repairs; monitoring of rent reductions and, if necessary, their resolution; invoice review and approval; internal communication with accounting and other object managers; technical preparation of annual general meetings Requirements Successfully completed technical training or degree in a technical or real estate field or equivalent education; relevant professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility; cost awareness, budget and deadline compliance; strong customer service mindset; teamwork and open communication; independent and responsible work style; knowledge of MS Office programs and interest in other IT programs
