We are a rapidly growing real estate consulting company based in the city center of Cologne.

We are responsible for managing our clients' nationwide real estate assets in asset and property management, as well as sustainability consulting.

We are industry leaders in implementing a strategic and operational real estate management approach based on the EU Taxonomy guidelines.

Our institutional clients include banks, insurance companies, closed-end real estate funds, and project developers. We also focus on addressing the sustainability needs of family offices in the real estate industry.

We are currently seeking a full-time (or potentially part-time, minimum of 30 hours) addition to our team in the Property Management department.
