• Consultation and decisionmaking on housing allowance
• Consultation and decisionmaking on benefits for education and participation
• Recovery of overpaid housing allowance
• Review and pursuit of unlawful use of housing allowance
• Monitoring of payment transactions for income and expenses

• Completion of the first administrative training course or
• Successful completion of training as an administrative assistant or administrative specialist
