The Role:

As a paid social analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and
revenue growth across platforms.

This role requires a unique blend of analytical capabilities, creative thinking, and a solid understanding of paid social channels such as Meta and LinkedIn.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success through effective paid media campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage comprehensive paid social strategies across various campaign types and structures with a primary focus on Meta and LinkedIn to start.
  • Manage the daytoday paid social campaign operations, including setting up campaigns, optimizing bids, writing ad copy, selecting landing pages and more.
  • Create a roadmap for continual innovative testing (A/B & multivariate) to drive growth and ongoing optimization efficiencies and achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps & opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate our brand and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates and recommendations.
  • Aggregate and distill data from multiple sources to draw actionable conclusions that can be measured and reported.
  • Support the testing and validation of new paid social platforms to further reach consumer and businesscentric audiences.
  • Partner with creative resources to develop ad messaging and assets by utilizing data to inform the initial strategy and ongoing optimizations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy, preferably in a fastpaced and highgrowth environment.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in managing paid social campaigns with combined budgets exceeding $1 million annually at an agency or directtoconsumer brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy that aligns with each product offering.
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies to drive relevant traffic and maximize conversions.
  • Experience with A/B & multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Uptodate knowledge of industry trends, emerging channels, and new advertising technologies in the paid media space.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
