Job Description

We are looking for an operations manager to support a growing cybersecurity business. There are three primary areas where this person will support the organization.

Responsible for the Accounting process
Responsible for the Operations process
Support the Sales and Marketing processes

Tasks

Work with the President to improve the definition and documentation of the accounting process.
Manage and perform the tasks required to run the accounting process.
Work with the President to improve the definition and documentation of the Operations Processes.
Manage and perform the tasks required to run the Operations processes in the business.
Produce a daily reporting package of business results
Manage employee timesheets
Process and pay employee expenses
Migrate the QuickBooks system into the cloud.
