a Campus Aide. These positions assist in maintaining standards of
student discipline and ensuring the observance of rules and procedures
by students and others on a school campus, and at bus loading points, at
the direction of a school administrator or teacher.
These positions are 9 MONTH ASSIGNMENTS (AUGUST - JUNE),
working 3 HOURS/DAY. Work shifts are typically from 7:30am-10:30am,
8:00am-11:00am, 12:00pm-3:00pm, and 12:30pm-3:30pm.

Membership in the California Public Employee Retirement

Vacation:
Two weeks of paid vacation to start. Three weeks after five
years of year-round paid service.
Paid Holidays:

NOTE:
Positions in this job classification may be offered on a 9-month
basis - salary and paid time off for 9-month positions will be adjusted
accordingly.
Job Duties/Responsibilities Campus Aides ensure safety on campus and assist with students to
make sure they are observing school rules and procedures. Campus
Aides typically work 3 hours a day.

Selection and promotion are based on a competitive employment
process are placed on a hiring (eligibility) list based on their assessment
three ranks of the hiring list. Eligibility typically lasts for 12 months. The
