Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

  • Starting immediately, fulltime for a renowned company in the financial industry in Fürth.

Your tasks:


  • Timely preparation of payroll accounting, taking into account tax, social security, and labor law aspects (including hourly wages)
  • Processing of payrollrelated tasks in the context of entry and exit processes
  • Correspondence and communication with tax authorities, health insurance companies, social security agencies, and other authorities
  • Support of tax and social security audits
  • Maintenance of all master and movement data
  • Reconciliation of accounts with financial accounting
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for employees and managers in all payrollrelated matters
  • Participation in HR projects

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d), payroll accountant (m/f/d), personnel specialist (m/f/d), or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, including experience with hourly wages
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Structured and careful approach
  • Experience with the payroll software SP-Data is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is required
