Our nursing service Pagella has been successfully providing comprehensive care to patients in many districts of Berlin for several years and we want to continue offering this with your help

Our focus areas are:

Outpatient nursing care
Residential communities

We are a nursing team that places great value on a calm and relaxed working atmosphere. In order to meet the daily challenges of our work, we have created a pleasant working environment. Our hierarchy is kept very flat, which simplifies good cooperation between the PDL (nursing director) and the nursing team. Our team is a good mix of younger and more experienced employees. One of our strengths lies in the active communication within our company. We complement each other with our "treasures of experience", which also has a very positive effect on our customers.
