Here you will be hands-on:

  • Independent operation of the machine during ongoing production
  • Conducting inprocess controls
  • Quality control and final packaging of finished products
  • Supplying secondary equipment with items such as folding cartons and package inserts
  • Cleaning of the packaging line and rooms according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
  • Documentation of work processes according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Conversion and setup of the line
  • Adjustment of formatdependent parameters on the lines
  • Setting and checking of control and rejection functions on the machines
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of the production process
  • Assistance with annual machine maintenance and recommissioning
  • Participation in shift work (early, late, night shifts) without working on Sundays and holidays
