Your responsibilities

Inventory, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations and mobile devices
Inventory and installation of data center components
ITIL-compliant return of IT workstations, data center components, and mobile devices
Analysis and resolution of IT issues, on-site support for IT workstations
Initial setup of IT workstations and mobile devices, including user training
Assuming tasks within the ITSM lifecycle, particularly in service, change, asset, incident, and problem management

Your profile

Good knowledge of client hardware from Dell and Lenovo, experience with Microsoft Surface is a plus
Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
