Operates hilo, palletizer, stretch wrapper and various Chemical Packaging equipment.
Unload materials, including bulk chemicals and put away from receipt staging areas
Perform analysis and process incoming receipts from suppliers or other warehouses
Move inventory from one location to another based on team manager's direction or to consolidate locations
Execute movements in the system to various locations
Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping and ensuring product quality according to quality specifications that are in place.
Verify quantities to be shipped
Performs physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required
Performs daily hilo check and communicates any issues to Team Manager
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment Keep area neat and clean, and equipment properly stored
Perform auxiliary operations such as moving stock, positioning materials relieving setup, and Operators, and assisting with changeovers, including batch system
Occasional backfill for operators during absence and breaks.
Complete all documentation as required.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
