Billie is looking for a QA Analyst to collaborate with all other disciplines within our technology organization to ensure that our digital customer touchpoints are stable, function as expected, and deliver value to our customers.


What you'll do:

Develop and execute comprehensive use cases and test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of our digital experience

File and track clear software bug reports using issue tracking systems providing detailed descriptions, reproducible steps, and supporting evidence to facilitate timely resolution

Serve as a point of contact for identifying and escalating critical issues with third-party vendors and partners who provide essential services that are integral to our business operations

Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the QA testing process, implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Advocate for proactive measures and enhancements to mitigate future incidents and improve overall system reliability and quality

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to incident response and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team


What we're looking for:

2+ years in a QA role, preferably at an ecommerce company

A passion for diving deep into challenges, adeptly gathering pertinent information, and collaborating with stakeholders to swiftly reach resolutions and deliver answers

A keen eye for detail, consistently identifying and addressing even the most minute discrepancies or inconsistencies

An outstanding communicator with proven collaboration skills

A genuine excitement for all things in the digital product and technology space - you're constant on the lookout for the new and emerging
