Florida Custom Mold is in search of a
soup-to-nuts, all-around-experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with knowledge of
intercompany/international transactions,
consolidated financial
statements, and inventory within a Manufacturing environment.



Accounts Receivable Specialist**:

  • Cloud Based Accounting Plex would be a plus
  • QuickBooks Desktop Experience
-
ADVANCED Excel Spreadsheet Experience:


  • Good prioritization and time management skills
  • Selfmotivated, team player
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must


The Accounts Receivable Specialist position will report to the company Accounting / HR Manager and should have a
long-term career mindset. Please send a current resume that reflects all of your work experience and possibly a bullet list of skills showing the years of experience in each.

i.e. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Sales Tax, Financial Statements, Collections, Bank Reconciliation, etc.
