Central Services and Properties This is what your job as Team Leader (m/f/d) Central Services and Properties entails:

You will take over the leadership of the team "Central Services and Properties" in the Organizational Management department; you will be responsible for 5 employees and manage external service providers With your team, you will be responsible for the administration (facility management and rentals) and management (meeting rooms, key distribution, and catering) of 5 properties until our move to the new headquarters of UmweltBank You always have an eye on the future and develop concepts for how central services should be handled in the future Your responsibilities include reception, workspaces and moves, ordering, mailroom, and event management You strive for efficient processes and ensure smooth cooperation within your team and with other stakeholders.

You always keep regulatory requirements in mind.

This is what you bring with you:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on real estate, facility management, or a comparable field; alternatively, a completed apprenticeship with additional qualifications (e.g. real estate specialist (m/f/d)) Relevant experience in facility management or property administration, experience in team leadership, and business knowledge Great empathy and the ability to inspire people Knowledge of regulatory requirements for a bank, as well as project management and change management skills, are advantageous Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with colleagues and external service providers Flexibility, organizational skills, solution-oriented thinking, and a hands-on mentality
