We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to work closely with our drivers and is the key liaison between our customers and our office.

You must be able to multi-task and take the appropriate action with little supervision. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can think outside the box.

What You Will Do:

Verify trip ticket calculations, write trip tickets for specific customers, and record for billing preparation.
Collect and calculate time sheets by verifying hours daily.
Create route sheets, maps, and job sheets for operators.
Identify emergencies and respond quickly to support and assist customers.
Answer and manage incoming calls with customers.
Accurately document calls on phone log.
Build clear and prompt communication with customers, Sales Team, Estimating, and others within the organization.

What You Will Bring:

Two years of dispatch experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Word).
Good math skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as legible handwriting.
Attention to detail, maintaining schedules, and managing deadlines.
Ability to handle pressure and different task assignments.
