Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis - every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.

About This Role

The Compass Talent Acquisition team is small, agile, and relentlessly focused on identifying and engaging top talent in the marketplace.

With continued growth in Illinois and Maryland, along with exciting plans for national expansion, Compass is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us.

This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Fullcycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and/or operational (corporate) positions simultaneously

This includes:

Partnering with hiring managers to create and execute talent acquisition strategies
Conducting phone and virtual interviews; leading interview, feedback, and offer processes
Coordinating preemployment background checks and references
Tracking and drawing meaningful insights from recruiting metrics, such as timetofill, hire sources, etc.
Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as DEI recruitment, early career recruiting, talent operations, etc.
Drive impact towards Compass' key initiatives

Who You Are:

2+ years experience of recruiting experience; ideally in an agency or highgrowth setting
Skilled sourcer, with proven ability to find and generate diverse pipelines of passive and talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong, meaningful relationships
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Greenhouse experience preferred
