Requirements:


Primary Responsibilities

  • Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust and value.
  • Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business.
  • Regularly and consistently preplan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in our CRM. Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of MBG product catalogs and correctly present and position them in each account.
  • Document and maintain account
- and customer-specific information in our CRM.

  • Participate in sales meetings, onsite training, and supplier events as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Merchandise products, build displays, anything necessary for optimal sales opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 21 years or older
  • Able to analyze and understand data/information while communicating effectively and clearly to a tailored audience in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
  • Proficient and professional use of MBG's technology (e.g., iPad, smartphone, MS Office, various programs) to perform duties and responsibilities including the ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
  • Able to take responsibility for own actions and results; commits to providing a consistently high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management.
  • Able to be nimble in ambiguity; be open to change; embrace innovative ideas.
  • Able to maintain a valid and current driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Able to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs
