Your tasks

IT infrastructure support and system administration: Your main responsibility is to support our IT infrastructure at our Pine Brook Hill location. This includes administration, maintenance, monitoring, and installation of Windows and Linux systems, as well as central components such as network switches and firewalls.
Operational management and support: You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems through 1st and 2nd level support. Your task is to ensure the proper functioning of our systems and provide solutions in case of any issues, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Project management in close collaboration with clients: You will be responsible for leading exciting IT projects, working closely with our clients to understand and implement their requirements. Your expertise and communication skills will ensure successful project completion.
Workplace support: You will be responsible for supporting workstations and IT components such as printers and conference rooms at all Wilken Software Group locations. You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, both on-site and remotely, and be responsible for setting up, documenting, managing, and disposing of IT equipment.
Operating systems and software packages: You will install operating systems and software packages on end devices using appropriate software tools. Additionally, you will handle the administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, Microsoft O365 products, telephone systems, and our WLAN structures.
