Role description
Role responsibilities.
- Utilize GenAI's to generate, enhance, and optimize E-Learning content, including course materials, quizzes, assessments, and interactive simulations.
- Leverage natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to automate content creation, personalize learning pathways, and adapt content based on learners' needs.
- Create clear and concise documentation for E-Learning modules, providing instructions, explanations, and guidance on using GenAI tools effectively.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of E-Learning content generated using GenAI tools through rigorous testing and review processes.
- Conduct thorough checks for accuracy, factchecking, and verification of content sourced from GenAI tools, ensuring adherence to educational standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate GenAIpowered E-Learning content into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and GenAI tool capabilities to continuously improve E-Learning content creation processes and outcomes.
- Provide training and support to instructional designers and content creators on the use of GenAI tools for E-Learning content development.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to gather insights and iterate on E-Learning content and GenAI tool usage.
- Work closely with the legal and program teams focusing on compliance with copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
Experience and Education.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Developer, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies to create educational content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and E-Learning best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for education, technology, and innovation, with a commitment to creating impactful experiences.
