- Collaborate with home office to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job openings in the recruitment database.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activities and outcomes.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media recruiting, and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
