- Start assembly and production machinery at beginning of shift.
- Monitor equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properly.
- Maintain a workstation that is clean and free of hazardous materials.
- Address problems with production equipment and machinery and fix as needed.
- Clean equipment.
- Assemble product parts by hand.
- Material prep, wrapping, covering, cutting, and resining.
- Use power tools to cut, drill, and attach parts.
- Observe and remove faulty product parts from assembly line.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
- Affix labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
- Pack completed products and prepares them for shipment.
- Keep factory floor clean.
- Unload, organize, and stock shipments.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines regarding the production and handling of materials in the factory.
- Ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Standing for extended periods
- Forklift Operation Certification
- Previous work experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Hands on experience with inventory and/or logistics

A Production Operator holds a variety of responsibilities that may include:
Production work; receiving and processing incoming stock and materials; pulling, packing, and shipping orders; monitoring and organizing stock in the warehouse.
