Job Summary
This position will maintain a sufficient level of medical supply items for each customer in an organized manner. Maintain neat and organized files on each customer with timely updates. Maintain correct levels of inventory for distribution to customers. Delivers correct medical supply item to correct department and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

High school diploma or it's equivalent.
Valid driver's License and proof of insurance with the minimum liability limits detailed in the Administrative Policy on "Insurance Coverage Required for Use of Employee Owned Vehicles."

Excellent communication skills to effectively and tactfully communicate with patients and their families and guests, coworkers, managers, Hospital Administrators, providers, consultants, business associates and regulatory agencies presenting a professional image as a representative of Marion Health.

Excellent time management, and organizational skills.

Working Conditions

Typical office and clinical/hospital environment with frequent standing and walking.
Ability to work occasional extended hours, evenings and/or weekends based on the needs of the department.
Exposed to cold and hot weather with occasional handling of toxic chemicals.
Risk of occupational exposure to blood/body fluids and other potentially infectious, electrical and radiation hazards.
Works with protected health information.
