Job description
As a
Maintenance Supervisor, you will support and manage the Maintenance Team in ensuring that the physical aspects of the apartment community that meet the company's established standards.
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to repairs in areas such as HVAC (if applicable), electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliance.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance/Service Manager, or equivalent supervisory position.
- Multi-Family/Conventional Housing
- Selfstarter who has the ability to design, implement and execute inhouse projects.
- Strong knowledge in plumbing and appliances.
- Experience with using Yardi Property Management Software is a plus
- Extremely organized and detail orientated.
- EPA and HVAC certified required.
- Commitment to Emergency-OnCall participation a requirement.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize.

$ $30.00 per hour
