Your tasks:


As a member of the management team, you are responsible for personnel management and ensuring optimal staffing in your BAUHAUS specialist center.

You ensure comprehensive training and further education for your employees and are responsible for cooperative personnel management.


In addition, you have a firm grip on the product range and flow of goods, as well as work processes.


Based on your market observations, competitive analyses, and evaluation of business key figures, you develop effective measures for success control and report directly to the management.


And most importantly:
you lead by example and always keep a full overview for employees and customers.


Your profile:
A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration is a good prerequisite - e.g. as a retail merchant, commercial specialist, deputy store manager, store manager, branch manager (m/f/d).
