If so, we would like to hear from youSynchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant at Wooded Glen, a dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus located in Springfield, OH.

    This position is for Tuesday
    • Saturday.
    You must hold an active or pending Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) state license to apply for this position.

    Qualifications:
    Must have an active or pending Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) state licenseProven track record of successful patient care experienceExperience working with a geriatric population preferred
